Envision ME

" To one he gave five talents to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability...Master, you delivered to me five talents; here I have made five talents more. His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master."- Matthew 25:5; 20-21

Each of us have been given abilities, talents & gifts. For some it's the ability to organize things and people well. For others it is a musical or creative gift and ability. And for others there is leadership, teaching and equipping others. 
Over the last few years I have seen the gifts for leadership growing within me. I have been coached and mentored by amazing leaders who have sought to draw out the best in me. And it was their ability to see beyond my flaws and imperfections and into the best God has given to offer; that has instilled a passion in my heart to do the same for others.

This summer I have been given the priviledge of being selected to attend the Christian and Missionary Alliance's, Envision Leadership Summit. It is a gathering for young and emerging leaders to come together and develop their voice, and leadership abilities in the company of many others. This conference is an investment in the future of the church. The goal of Envision is to draw the best out of the future influencers of the church. In doing so, they are preparing leaders, who will be ready to take their proper place from a healthy personal, spiritual and leadership position. 

The conference will be held in London, England from June 6th-13th. 

The Envision Leadership Summit though not a missions trip, is an investment on my talents. The summit will focus on develoving me as a leader-both my skills and gifts as well as care for my soul.  It is my way of intentionally being faithful with the dreams, passions and talents I have been given.  And while it is a costly investment, the return within the kingdom, is what makes it all worthwhile.

The total I need to cover travel and all expenses is $3,000.
I am looking for 100 people who would be willing to invest $30. 
I have until April 1st to submit $1,600 and secure my spot!
