Help me to keep my dog alive

Hi, my name is Erick and I am starting a fundraiser for my dog Mack. I got Mack for my 13th birthday as a gift. Mack has been my best friend this last year and has made my transition into middle school a little easier. On Thanksgiving day, someone ran him over, and broke his left hind leg. We took him to the veterinary and they told me they can save his leg for $15,000 or amputate his leg for $8,000. He will be unable to survive without either of those treatment options. Unfortunately, although my family is trying to help, we do not currently have the means to have this surgery performed on Mack, that is why I am begging you to help me save my dog. Any help will be appreciated. I can’t imagine not having Mack with me as I transition from middle school to high school. Thank you for any support.
