Monteverde School is a Reggio Emilia play-based non-profit preschool, one that is need-blind with an anti-bias curriculum. Now, more than ever, we recognize the need to provide our children with true community support.
We would like to take this opportunity to renew our commitment to socioeconomic diversity and access by establishing a community scholarship fund which provides financial support with tuition. While we already do this annually with our seasonal fundraisers (remember Gallery Night and Spring Fling!), this will be a community-driven fund which supplements our existing financial aid. We have an ambitious goal (we are 25 years old after all!) which we hope to surpass, so that we can use the additional donations for teacher development.
