Call to Action: Bring Kevin’s decolonial movement trainings to thousands of youth across the so-called Americas.

 

Since 2006 my work as decolonize__ has helped thousands of young people learn how to break physical, emotional, and psychological obstacles through parkour, and live into the greater purpose of land justice and decolonization.

 

I am launching the MOBILIZE decolonize campaign in an urgent time as a matter planetary survival. I see this generation of youth rising up against oppressive forces as a matter of necessity, but at great cost to their physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

 

My decolonial movement trainings help youth to build sustainable anti-oppression movements. Through parkour, youth learn methods of trauma release and radical creativity needed to break from oppressive cycles and build the world they need—and we need—to survive.

 

I need your help to raise $35,000 that will bring these trainings on the road. I plan to live in a convertible van that fulfills two important purposes. 

 

First, van life will allow me to divest from “rent and mortgage culture” on stolen land and maintain the integrity of my work with and beyond decolonial movement trainings with youth. 

 

Second, and most importantly, MOBILIZE decolonize will grant me the geographical flexibility needed to make my home everywhere, wherever there are youth-led decolonization and land justice movements in the so-called Americas.
