Midi’s Next Chapter

Friend, Artist, Union- Sister, Costume and Fashion Designer, Midi Soliz, has recently been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma-a cancer of bone and blood, along with the return of breast cancer.

 

The chronic illnesses were first diagnosed earlier this year keeping her from creative projects, most recently having complications breathing and walking. The last few months have been filled with strong labs, scans, biopsies, more biopsies, and more scans, endless, for answers.

 

What we know now…

Midi’s body, bones, blood, and livelihood are aggressively being attacked by Multiple Myeloma, and though there is no cure, it can be treated, and quality of life is achievable. It will require an undetermined time for procedures, therapies, healing, and recovery. A whole new team of specialists will be taking over as Midi’s medical team, immediately, to address many of the complications met with this fast-paced movement, nobody expected. 

 

The hope is, this GOFUNDME should achieve alleviation of stress of unforeseeable expenses, to give Midi a fighting chance to focus on her care so that she may

return to us with the winners spirit of the woman we know can and will beat this! Midi is a cancer survivor once, and with our help will be twice.  

Midi’s next chapter begins immediately.
