LGBTQ Bldg Construction Grant App

Mary's House is another step closer to realizing our dreams! We got our zoning relief. And now we have a developer partner who will help us get the financing to build our project. But we need money from the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) to make this work. DHCD makes money available through a competitive application process. The application to DHCD is due February 14th, 2018. That's not a lot of time!Our developer says that we need 3 items to submit the application - an appraisal, a market study, and an environmental report. These reports will cost about $15,000. And we need them in the next 2 weeks. We've spent all the money we raised so far to pay our architect, and have no money left for these new costs. So we need your help to raise this $15,000 to submit our application to DHCD.
