Support Young Voices: Mental Health Matters

Hi! I’m Chariee Casseus, founder of Mental Health Bae, a mentorship program dedicated to empowering adolescent and teenage girls. Our mission is to guide young women as they navigate the challenges of self-image, peer pressure, social media, and mental health—while helping them grow in confidence and creativity.

This summer, we’re launching a Creative Expression Competition where girls will use their voices and talents to shine a light on topics related to adolescent mental health—whether it’s bullying, vaping, anxiety, depression, peer pressure, or social media. Participants must be 12-18 years old.

Participants can submit:

An essay

A PowerPoint presentation

A video presentation

Or a poster board

SUMMER SUBMISSION DUE JUNE 16TH, 2025.

FALL SUBMISSION DUE AUGUST 11TH, 2025.

The project with the most detail, accuracy, and creativity will WIN a full makeover experience—because every girl deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and confident in her skin! One winner will be chosen for each season!!

Winners Will Receive: Winner will be chosen on June 23rd, 2025.
