MDF NATION

In 2007, I retired from the NFL as a Defensive End.  From the age of 7, my personal success in sports had been my singular focus. After retirement, it was time for me to redefine my purpose and my mission.  In 2008, I began working with a few young athletes that were hungry and hardworking but needed some refining and guidance.  As the number of athletes grew, so did their stories of success. More of them became confident on the football field, they were top performers at football camps, and soon the football scholarship offers came. My purpose was found. We accomplished a great legacy in a building called Sportsblast on Highway 280 in Birmingham, AL.  

Modernday Fitness is filled with intelligent and hardworking leaders and I know there is a great deal of investment that must be made in order for an athlete to truly succeed.  I need your help to continue the great legacy that began so many years ago.  Modernday Fitness now has over 150 athletes across all sports and has a registered 501c3, MDF Nation.  MDF Nation will provide athletic training, ACT/SAT prep, camp fees, transportation  & more, for financially disadvantaged, but deserving athletes. Your donation will allow us to achieve our goals.

* Transportation, meals & lodging for summer football and basketball recruiting camps

* College exploration tours  ( March - May )
