The Deloitte M&A Strategy, Diligence and Value (SDV) Community is holding a community building fundraiser, the event is being held, not only to celebrate our new community but also to help raise funds for a colleague whose wife is undergoing complicated, multi-faceted treatment for Stage IV cancer. All funds raised will go towards supporting this member of our community through a terribly difficult time by taking some of the financial pressures off their situation and allowing them to concentrate on what is truly important - the health and well-being of their family. We encourage you all to donate generously through this campaign site and show solidarity and support to an anonymous colleague of yours in this time of need.
Central to this campaign is a charity bowling tournament on Friday, October 25th in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. Both bowlers and non-bowlers are encouraged to attend and partake in food, drink, and socialization with our community. The event will be underwritten by Partners within MAR Strategy, please come and show your support and donate for a good cause.
We ask that you please donate the below minimum registration fees (by level) by October 21st to participate in a team or simply to attend. All proceeds will be fully donated:
• BA / C / SC: $30 registration fee
• Manager and above: $55 registration fee
Please consider donating in addition to the registration. As a token of our thanks:
• $50+ in excess of registration fees will receive novelty socks
• $100+ in excess of registration fees will receive a wine decanter
The Fine Print:
The GoFundMe site charges certain mandatory fees which will be applied to your donation. These include:
• Credit card processing fee of 2.9% per donation
• $0.30 / transaction
• An additional "Tip" charge to GoFundMe (minimum $1)
