Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Miami, FL / Gainesville resident, Patricia "Pat" Jackson - a talented UNSIGNED ARTIST; Songwriter; Mother; Motivationalist and Musician was born and raised in Miami Florida (60 years) - without ever knowing her biological parents and without ever being adopted by her Foster Mother and Pastor, since the age of two years old.  For the past 37 years Pat was not cognizant that God was molding and preparing her to reach souls through her Music/ Mission Ministry.  During the COVID-19 Pandemic and Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays, Pat Jackson underwent 15 radiation treatments, due to her sharing her story on Facebook (December 7th, 2020), of being diagnosed with METASTATIC CANCER returning after 12 years of being Cancer-free of Thyroid Cancer (Stage4). Results of a completed MRI and CT scan revealed a large cancerous tumor hiding inside her rib cage and multiple lesions pressing on her spine causing unbearable pain to her upper left side of her back; a large mass of cancer in the pelvic area  and at the tail end of her spine. It was also discovered the Cancer was hiding in her blood and spreaded to other areas in her body; possibly her lungs. After having major surgery, her day-to-day challenges has been miraculous.  Pat had very few complications and was very energetic and full of conversation instead of experiencing pain. Pat never lost feeling in any of her limbs. Pat drove 105 miles from Orlando, Florida to Gainesville non-stop to the Kanapaha Medical Center on November 8th after speaking and singing at her nephew’s Mother-In-Law funeral/memorial services. After waiting 11 hours at Kanapaha Hospital, she was transported to Shands University  of Florida Hospital in Gainesville for emergency surgery.  Two rods were placed in her back along with 10 screws to stabilize her spine and the cutting of an infected cancerous bone. Pat’s thyroglobin was also greater than 3,000 (very high) instead of zero.  After two weeks, the 23 staples she received in her back was very uncomfortable for her to sleep at night due to her having to keep repositioning her body.  Pat is trying to make sure she intake plenty of nutrients and proteins (costly organic/plant based foods)during quarantine; to regain proper weight; to build back up her immune system and to improve her health. Nausea and loss of appetite has constantly irritated my mother during her cancer journey.
Pat will continue treatments with infusions; scans; blood work and doctor consultations. Pat is “FIGHTING for LIFE”, and has a will to live.  Her daughtchildren have known their Mother to be a self-determined; strong-will; God-fearing individual with a purpose to finish her mission without ever giving up! “  A special  Thank-You to every family member, bestie; Facebook friend and to those who have donated and/or sent cards; and food to lift her spirit.  Medicare Health insurance only covers a certain percentage of Pat treatments, and medical bills are starting to add up.  Any given donations will help to cover Expenses such as surgery, 15 radiation treatments; possibly chemotherapy; MRI / CT scans; transportation; doctor visits; studio time; autobiography and a Documentary film regarding her personal life as a foster kid; pastors kid; life obstacles and music career.  As of Dec 14, 2020, the average annual pay just for a Documentary Filmmaker in the United States is $59,610 a year. Just in case you need a simple salary calculator, that works out to be approximately $28.66 an hour. This is the equivalent of $1,146/week or $4,968/month.   Pat has always known and served God all her life, and would appreciate it  if you would be a blessing to reach out to help during this challenging time in her life right now.  Through it all….. Pat has never lost her smile or her praise and firmly believe that God has given her more than a second chance, although; she is on a special mission to tell her story in a Personal Documentary film and is desperately, in need of your support.  Prior to emergency surgery; Pat music was placed on hold and will be  officially released following her full recovery. Please keep my Pat lifted up in prayer and feel free to share this page with your friends and family. Thank you for caring.

Note:  Pat spent her early childhood and entire life being raised in the church and always had a natural affinity for music and a passion for singing.  At the age of fifteen year’s old, her musical talents and her gifted voice, resulted in her becoming the Minister of Music for the youth, senior, and church mass choir of her home church.  Non-stop, Pat has dealt with a series of obstacles:  Multiple cysts, benign tumors, diverticulitis, ruptured intestines, blood transfusions, four major surgeries, during one of which she nearly bled to death; six car accidents; a survivor of a in close proximity bullet and a survivor of Stage 4 (Thyroid Cancer). Eventually, she underwent surgery to remove the cancerous growth, followed by Radiation therapy.  Pat dreamt of and succeeded in releasing a solo gospel album and CD  single after going through so many hardships. This anointed Woman of God has always treated every day as a “Thank-You” note and has been on-the-go with an inspiring story and testimony.
