She was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder 6years ago. They discovered it when she almost bled to death in front of her children. Pbc attacks it's own organs with inflammation . It is called primary bilery cholangitis, a very painful disease. It has now destroyed most of her liver leaving her with portal hypertension causing bleeding varices in her stomach and esophagus along with many complications that pbc causes. November 1st, doctors told us she was end stage liver failure. She does not drink alcohol, does not do drugs, she eats healthy, and exercises... This just can't be ! We are now transplant status. Although she has progress over the years it has become critical at this stage to receive treatment. What they don't tell us is stem cell therapy can cure autoimmune disorder along with many other diseases. It stimulates the liver and effected organs to heal and rejuvenate ! It cures autoimmune ! Insurance does not pay for this treatment. We searched for treatment centers and were accepted into treatment for Nov 30th.. Then came the financial crisis and time frame. The doctor wanted to start immediately on last wednesday with 6-12 treatments with x-ray guided peritoneal injection of her own harvested stem cells but, we could not finance it at the time. Our family is pleading for help. We have scraped, borrowed, and liquidated all we can. California stem cell Treatment center is 600 miles away. This is the only treatment available for Lyssa as her transplant would be under the same attack if she is not treated. We can not meet this financial goal on our own. We are asking for help..
