On Saturday November 29th, 2025 at 9:30 AM our sweet dog Luna was violently attacked and taken by a bobcat in our own backyard with my mother present and monitoring the yard in
Frisco, Texas. We are still in shock and trying to process what happened. Luna is the gentlest, happiest girl, and she didn’t deserve this—no animal does. With the help of my mother and our neighbors my father found Luna on the ground under some trees and shrubs near our house. Thinking she was dead he picked her up to find her tail started to wag. He immediately rushed her to the Animal Hospital on Preston. We were able to get amazing care for Luna but was told we needed to take her to a 24 hour ER Clinic. We carefully rushed Luna to VEG ER in Frisco but she is now in critical condition and fighting so hard to stay with us. She has already undergone emergency treatment, and today alone we paid over $ 6,000 with more procedures and care expected in the coming days.
With these large costs my sisters and I stepped in because we couldn’t let money be the reason she didn’t get help. We doing everything we can, but the bills are quickly becoming overwhelming.
We’re asking for help to cover:
• Emergency hospital care
• Pain management and wound treatment
• Possible surgery
• Overnight critical monitoring
• Follow-up care and recovery
Every dollar truly helps—whether it’s $5 or $50. Even a share means more people will see Luna’s story.
Luna is a huge part of our family. She’s loyal, loving, and has so much life left to live. We are praying she continues to fight and that we can bring her home to heal surrounded by love.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring, donating, sharing, or even just keeping Luna in your thoughts. We are so grateful.
Updates will be posted here as they come.
Your support means everything to us.
