Luke's Fight  
Luke  is an inspiring 18 year old who was  put on this earth to teach us all that we each have a place and a purpose  to contrubute to making this a beautiful world 
Luke and his identical twin brother have Down Syndrome   , Luke  was always the weaker of the 2 and has struggled with his health for a long time as his kidneys do not function properly  , sadly Luke's heart. Is failing   and after 2 operations to repair it along with weeks in hospital  , trying to repair his liver ,kidneys and now fluid on his lungs 
Lukes future is very uncertain , Lukes family are struggling to come to terms with the bleak future that awaits them and need to be with him and support his journey  .I  have cared for both the boys for many years and can see the emotional  and financial  toll this is taking on the family .I am asking please if you can help any small donation  would be appreciated to allow this beautiful family to spend there time together with out the worry of  having to  leave  Luke  to  go to   work to pay bills and the   Mortgage  they need time free of stress to enjoy the time they have with their beautiful son  .
