Hi, I’m Luke I’m a transgender man I have been out since age 15 and have been under going hormone therapy since age 18 and now that I am 21 I feel I am ready to take the next steps in my journey and I’m looking for your help and support to raise I am looking to raise £2500 so I can get a gender affirming surgery, to help me and my gender dysphoria.

Gender dysphoria is defined as "a feeling of discomfort that an individual may experience due to a discrepancy between their biological sex and their gender identity" for those who may not be aware. Being born AFAB (assigned female at birth), this indicates that my current body does not correspond with the gender I identify as (male). Undergoing top surgery will significantly reduce my dysphoria since my body will begin to match to my gender identity.

A male-contoured chest can be created surgically with top surgery. By removing breast tissue, it flattens the chest area, providing trans men the masculine chest they desire. Because of my dysphoria surrounding my chest, I find myself binding almost all day. In the long run, this can lead to breathing issues and cracked ribs in addition to back and rib pain. My dysphoria will also be greatly reduced by top surgery.

I am looking to go turkey for my surgery with Neda Deniz health and tourism My surgeon is Doctor Serkan 

While I’m turkey I will under to the following 

- Surgery ( double incision w/ free nipple grafts mastectomy or periareolar with areola reduction) -1 night stay at the Hospital - Hotel for 5 nights stay is included - General Anesthesia - Blood tests - Medical Vest - Translator - Breast Ultrasound - Airport Shuttle Transfer The operation takes place over 6 days. 1st day is arrival 2nd day is operation/surgery day at the Hospital 3rd day Discharge from Hospital & Drain removal day 5th day / Last day is chest reveal day and then you can leave back to your home You would stay 1 night at the Hospital. 5 nights at the Hotel. Total of 6 days stay is needed.
