Luellen's Hip Replacement Fund

We love Luellen. We love her talent, her smile, her sense of humor, and most importsntly, we love what she means to us. She may be the hardest working person in downtown Camas and no one will dispute that. She may also be the most generous with her time and effort in helping those around her.

We also know that Lu needs a new hip. If it was ever hip to get a hip, Luellen would make it so. What is not so hip is the recovery time. While Lu gets a new hip, she may need a bit of assistance because she won't be able to work while she has surgery. Lu's surgery in on August 24th and it is estimated she will require a few months of recovery and any assistance with living & medical expenses as well. We will also be establishing some meal delivery for her during her recovery. Lu deserves to concentrate on her healing, and this will allow her to do so...

Let's all get together and fund her recovery while she gets a tune-up, OK? It won't take much if we all band together. After all, we all love and respect her for her wonderful talents and generosity, and it might be the least we can do to help her in her recovery.
