Our beloved sister-in-law Mumtaheena Haque (also known as Papri or Mumta) pictured above with her family was admitted to the hospital with a large internal brain bleed (intracranial hemorrhage) about 10 days after giving birth to her newborn son. She remains in a critical state and on life support.
Mumta’s husband, Mahmudul Haque (also known as Mo), with the support of family remains to care for her and their 3 year old daughter Arya and 2 week old son Idris. During this tremendously difficult time with many unknowns, many have reached out wanting to support Mumta’s family. Proceeds will be focused on extraneous medical expenditures for Mumta’s ongoing care.
