Loki is a young boy, full-of-life, healthy kitty who has always been his momma Ally’s first baby & pride and joy. Loki isn’t just a pet; he’s family. He’s the mischievous spark that fills the room with laughter, comfort in the quiet moments, and has proudly served as the best friend Ally never knew she needed.

Last late last night, Loki faced a sudden and terrifying emergency. He was hospitalized with a life-threatening urinary blockage caused by crystals — something no one ever expects to happen to such a young and otherwise healthy cat. Without emergency treatment, this condition can be fatal, but he was rushed to two ER clinics and thankfully his life has been saved - but at the eleventh hour on a weekend, the cost is quite hefty. With the proper lifelong diet & care, Loki has every chance to recover and go back to being the loving little soul he’s always been.

Loki’s parents are just starting out in life, and while they are doing everything they can, the cost of emergency hospitalization and ongoing care is understandably overwhelming. The bills have already added up to more than they ever imagined, and the financial burden has become a major setback. But one thing is clear: Loki deserves his chance to fight.
