Let’s help Lizzy’s pup Harley get the surgery she needs.

Our F45 Hermosa Beach family is rallying together to support someone very special to us – our head trainer, Lizzy, and her beloved dog, Harley. Harley has torn her ACL and needs surgery that will cost in the region of $8,000–$10,000. This is a huge expense, and we want to do what we can as a community to help ease the burden and get Harley the care she needs.

If you know Lizzy, you know how much she gives to all of us every single day. She’s the kind of coach who pushes you to be your best, encourages you when you need it most, and genuinely cares about every single person who walks through the doors of our gym. Harley is her pride and joy, and right now she needs our support.

We’ve seen firsthand how generous and supportive our F45 Hermosa Beach community can be. Any amount, big or small, will make a real difference and show Lizzy just how loved and appreciated she is.
