As you may be aware, our dear sister Liz is currently undergoing treatment for an aggressive breast cancer. She is being very brave and stoic in her battle.

Liz has received a bike for her birthday recently so she can keep her fitness up during the treatment. During the winter months it is a little harder to venture outdoors so she has been looking at getting an attachment for her bike to turn it into an indoor exercise machine.

Fitness during treatment is incredibly important, so to support her in her recovery, we would like to get something that challenges her and really make her want to keep biking rain, hail or shine!

We are looking to get it to her by mid July or sooner if possible.

If you are in a position to help with this, we know that Liz would really appreciate it.
