Justice for Liz

Elizabeth's divorce is final but her custody is still lost! Elizabeth has spent 10 years as an abused wife. Her children have been abused their whole lives, hit, kicked, thrown, slugged, sworn at, slapped across the face, lied to, and made to lie, and yet because my daughter tried to protect them by denying her husband access to them she has been incarcerated, denied access to her children for 8 months and then only allowed to see them once a week for one hour which she pays $50 dollars an hour for each child equalling $100 a visit, has been ordered to pay child support, lawyers fees, court fees, child therapy fees, and $4,000 dollars back child support fees for the time her children were taken from her. This horrific treatment is comparable to kicking a lame horse when she's down, or in this case, her colts too! Elizabeth has been working double shifts at a restaurant, sometimes 16 hours a day and managed to save enough to send for the witnesses that were subpoenaed along with her other costs. However, after they arrived, day before court which was scheduled for October 4th, court date was pushed forward to December 19th! Now Elizabeth has to start from scratch raising the money for 3 witnesses airline tickets all over again and added to that the new court orders, child support, $4,000 back payments, $100 dollars a week for one hour monitored visit for her to see each of her children, therapists for the children, court costs, clothing for her children, all of this waiting for her moment to tell the Judge her story, and pray he hears the truth with an open heart and mind and believes her witnesses as they recount their experiences of witnessing all the abuse they have seen and heard, and the death threats they have incurred to themselves and their families if they should ever help her, but they are willing because they know the truth. Please, if you have frequent flyer miles, airline coupons, or money for the tickets to donate we will be more than willing to send each donor a copy of the airline receipts to show the money was used for the witnesses tickets.
