Hi everyone. I am going through a very difficult time and would like to raise money for my beautiful dog named Luna. I am very sad and lost for words but I cannot lose hope.. she is all I have now...

On Monday May 3, 2021 at around 7:10-7:15am Luna and I were going on our everyday morning walk right before work. (We do this same walk about 3-4 times a day. Same street. Same area) Luna was unfortunately hit by a Jeep. Not sure if it was a Jeep Wrangler or Sahara. Dark Grey or Black going at least 45 MPH on Newtown Ave. can’t recall the exact model or color because at the moment all I could think of was picking up and rushing my little girl to the emergency animal hospital.

Luna has suffered head / brain trauma and has some soft tissue bruising on the left side of her head along with brain inflammation. She had a couple episodes of seizures and has lost her ability to eat, walk, see and hear for now (I hope). I don’t know if she is going to be deaf or blind or be able to walk or eat alone... only time can tell but I have faith. Her head was hit so hard that she is in need of 24 hour care and lots of rest. She is currently still very weak and considered a little less responsive today. She sometimes stands but doesn’t last much on her own. She’s currently being fed through a syringe and will soon be intubated if she doesn’t have some progress. Lunas condition is up and down as each day passes by.

As of right now, Thursday May 6, I’ve spent $9,500 on her stay along with medicine that’s needed. Doctors recommend to leave her over night with 24 hour care as much as i can but i can only afford so much. I truly cannot imagine my life without her and she has been there for me through all my hard moments and I think it’s only fair I offer her a fair fight while she is fighting to live..

Luna is my EVERYTHING! My BEST FRIEND. My little, sweet, girl that I got on December 6, 2017. She is an Energetic, schnauzer who is loved by so many hooomans and FURENDS! Please consider helping my little girl as I was never prepared to be in this deep while trying to help my dog hold on to life..
