Evan was born 10 weeks premature, less than a week later we were told he has a rare Congenital Heart Disease TAPVR Total anomalous pulmonary venous return. Evan Had his surgery Feb. 17 2015. Less than a week after he had his surgery we were told the news that Evan doesnt have much more time. He had to many complication to bounce back. On Feb. 25 at 11:58 Evan passed away peacefully.
