Patio Cover for Lisa and Paul!

Lisa Rittierodt is a treasured friend and faithful sister in Christ for many of us in the Pacific Northwest and across the nation. While battling cancer, all of us have tearfully followed Lisa on her “Walking with Cancer, Walking with Christ ” blog and Facebook page with tearful admiration of how Lisa testifies to the strength she receives from faith in her loving savior Jesus Christ. Each of us prays for her, Paul, and their children while also praying that God would also give us this courage and strength in our times of trial.
This past week, Lisa shared with us that she is now “One step closer to home” and will begin a transitional hospice at her home. Lisa and Paul would like to enjoy these next several months at home with family and friends, and would like to do this in the fresh air of their patio.
This is where you, friends of Lisa and Paul, are asked and given the opportunity to help. Their church, Light of Life Lutheran Church in Covington is leading the way and asking for all of you to help support the professional installation of a patio cover and some basic furniture to help the Rittierodts enjoy the next several months outdoors. With confidence that many of you are willing and able to help support this project and to get it done quickly, Light of Life is having this work done right away.
