Support Brenda in getting treatment for trauma

Hi, this fundraiser is for my friend Brenda who I have known for almost twenty years. She is a career educator and a single mother of three. She is thoughtful, generous, and a constant caregiver for her family, friends, and students. She is always giving her time and talents to help support her loved ones and her community. She is one of those people who always sees the silver lining in life’s good and bad moments, but unfortunately right now is a hard phase for her and her family.

Recently, her family experienced a significant life event that caused trauma and so many changes to their lives. She has gone above and beyond to ensure her son has the care he needs but she also needs some care. Her family therapist recommends that she attend a week-long specialized trauma treatment so that she can continue to be a strong caregiver for her family.

The treatment costs $6,900, not including travel costs, which is beyond her financial capability.
