‘Four Fabulous Friends’ from Inmans Primary School have taken up the Humberside Police Lifestyle challenge this summer.

Ellis, Harry, Jesse and Reggie have chosen to give up their time during the school holidays in order to improve sustainability in the local area.

They’re working really hard, completing many tasks and meeting many people in hopes of increasing recycling in the area. They have been busy litter picking, as well as creating educational materials to be shared within the community.

They are now on a mission, with the help of the headteacher, to purchase better recycling bins for the school.

They will be completing various sponsored events to help raise funds, most recently they’ve done a sponsored run over the Humber Bridge. Any support you can offer them would be very much appreciated.

”We noticed there wasn’t a lot of recycling bins in the area, and the ones in school aren’t used very well. So, we thought it would be a good idea to get more people recycling in Hedon”.
