That's right, We need your help.

Our friend Rob De Anthony as many of you know, has battled with the ugly side of lung cancer and although his cancer is in remission, with only one 1 non-fully functioning kidney, it has left him in a situation that needs medical attention. For years now, Rob has been receiving weekly dialysis treatments to help maintain his health.

This past Mother’s day after taking his mother to lunch, Rob, underwent an emergency LRN surgery (removal of his damaged kidney due to previous chemotherapy treatment) which leaves him with only 1 kidney that is not working at 100 %. Since then, Rob has experienced unbelievable pain in his lower back and stomach, and in an emergency procedure, doctors had to also remove his appendix. It was discovered that it was very inflamed.


After undergoing that procedure or the LRN and appendix removal, he woke up in pain & to a bill of over $2000. And after speaking with the hospitals financial department, he was told that the insurance companies payouts were maxed and that a monthly instalment payment plan would need to be implemented in order to cover these medical bills. But that’s not all!


So now Rob is living with one kidney that isn’t working on a 100% level and hisa doctors suggest that the next step is a Stem Cell procedure using his Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) that are found in bone marrow.


Since the Stem Cell procedures are considered ‘Experimental’ and Insurance companies don't cover ‘Experimental” procedures. The cost of such procedure, hold on for this one LOL is $8,648! In order for doctors to begin this procedure, Rob must pay 25% upfront on the day of the procedure & then the remaining balance monthly!

After years of dealing with Cancer in an out of remission, this one thing just might be the final step to getting his health back on track.

Rob is a very self sufficient individual but, he is our friend. We all know him, we all love him!
