Let's save "Persian Palace" in Italy

Sometimes it is very difficult to write and address some issues, and it takes more than a few lines to explain years of effort and perseverance. Nine years ago, relying on the power of love, education and expertise, we decided to open a Persian restaurant to revive the culture and cuisine of our country in Italy. We fought alone, sleepless nights and busy days but full of love and memory, the memory of precious moments that we were able to create for many, the memory of Nowruz and Iranian Yalda night that after a few years became a custom in the city and it was booked a month ahead. Screening of Iranian films and performances of theaters based on Shahnameh and poetry reading nights along with authentic Iranian food. We have won many awards over the years, which has led to further our efforts to improve our work.
What can be said that like many other businesses we were highly affected by Covid and continuous closedowns, but we tried to stand again and at the same time we won the title of the best quality and restaurant in the city. But unfortunately in September the roof of our complex in Como began to fall, and because this complex is one of the oldest buildings in the city and the repair and restoration of the roof can only be done by the Italian cultural heritage; due to Covid and the stopping of all work, we were forced to close a place that contains years of memory, work and love. This forced closure without government support caused a severe damage to all our efforts over the years, to the point that we had to write this text for you dear friend. 
Your help can be a great favor for us and our group of 14 employees and can give new life to our efforts and love to keep the culture alive and not to let all the efforts of these years be extinguished. All funds donated will be used to keep our business open and cover fixed costs. We will always be grateful for your valuable support during this challenging time.


A volte è molto difficile scrivere e affrontare alcuni problemi e ci vogliono più di poche righe per spiegare anni di impegno e perseveranza.  Nove anni fa, facendo affidamento sulla forza dell'amore, dell'educazione e della competenza, abbiamo deciso di aprire un ristorante persiano per rilanciare la cultura e la cucina del nostro paese in Italia. Abbiamo combattuto da soli, notti insonni e giornate impegnative ma piene di amore e memorie, il ricordo di momenti preziosi che abbiamo saputo creare per tante persone, il ricordo di Nowruz e la notte iraniana di Yalda, che dopo pochi anni è diventata un'usanza in città e veniva prenotata un mese prima.  Proiezione di film iraniani e spettacoli teatrali basati su Shahnameh, serate di lettura di poesie insieme all'autentica cucina iraniana. Abbiamo vinto molti premi nel corso degli anni, il che ha portato a promuovere i nostri sforzi per migliorare il nostro lavoro.
Ora, come tante altre attività, anche noi siamo stati fortemente colpiti dal Covid e dalle continue chiusure, ma abbiamo cercato di rialzarci e allo stesso tempo ci siamo aggiudicati il ​​titolo di uno dei migliori ristoranti di qualità della città. Ma purtroppo a settembre il soffitto del nostro locale a Como ha cominciato a cadere, e poiché il palazzo in cui abbiamo sede è uno degli edifici più antichi della città, la riparazione e il restauro del soffitto può essere fatto solo sotto la supervisione delle Belle Arti. A causa del Covid e della sospensione di ogni attività, siamo stati costretti a chiudere un luogo che contiene anni di ricordi, lavoro e amore.  Questa chiusura forzata senza il sostegno adeguato del governo ha causato un grave danno a tutti i nostri sforzi, al punto che abbiamo dovuto scrivere questo testo per te, caro amico.
Il tuo aiuto può essere un grande favore per noi e il nostro gruppo di 14 dipendenti e può dare nuova linfa ai nostri sforzi e amore per mantenere viva la cultura e per non lasciare che tutti gli sforzi di questi anni siano estinti. خیلی وقتها نوشتن وعنوان کردن بعضی مسائل خیلی سخته و اینکه در چند خط بشه چندین سال تلاش و پشتکار رو نوشت سخت ترش میکنه. ما ۹ سال پیش با اتکا به قدرت عشق، تحصیل و تخصصمون تصمیم گرفتیم رستورانی را برای ترویج غذا و فرهنگ ایرانی در ایتالیا باز کنیم، به تنهایی جنگیدیم، شبها و روزهای پر کار ولی مملو از عشق و خاطره، خاطره ی لحظه های با ارزشی که تونستیم برای خیلی ها رقم بزنیم، خاطره ی نوروز و شب یلداهای ایرانی که بعد از چند سال به صورت یه رسم در شهر در آمده بود و از ماه قبل رزرو میشد، اکران فیلمهای ایرانی و اجرای تئاترهایی بر اساس شاهنامه و شبهای شعر خوانی در کنار غذاهای اصیل ایرانی از جنوب تا شمال کشور عزیزمون ایران. تمام این سالها جوایز زیادی کسب کردیم که منجر به تلاش بیشتر برای ارتقاء کارمان شد
چی میشه گفت که مثل خیلی از مشاغل بیماری کووید و تعطیلی های پی در پی لطمه ی زیادی به کار ما زد ولی باز تلاش کردیم که بمونیم و در همین دوران برنده ی عنوان بهترین کیفیت و رستوران شهر شدیم‌ ولی متاسفانه در ماه سپتامبر سقف رستوران ما در شهر کومو شروع به ریزش کرد و چون این مجموعه یکی از قدیمی ترین ساختمان‌های شهر است و ترمیم و مرمت سقف فقط توسط میراث فرهنگی ایتالیا انجام پذیر است، با توجه به بیماری کووید و توقف تمامی کارها مجبور به تعطیلی مجموعه ای شدیم که سالها خاطره، کار و عشق درونش نهفته هست و این تعطیلی اجباری بدون حمایت دولتی ضربه ی شدیدی به تمام تلاش این سالهای ما وارد کرد تا جایی که مجبور به نوشتن این متن برای شما دوست و هموطن عزیز شدیم. کمک شما میتونه لطف خیلی بزرگی برای ما و مجموعه ی ما که ۱۴ کارمند داره باشه و میتونه جان تازه ای بده به تلاش و عشق ما به زنده نگه داشتن فرهنگ کشورمون ایران و نگذاره که تمام زحمات این سالها خاموش بشه... کمکهای شما عزیزان برای حفظ بیزینس ما و پرداخت هزینه های ثابتی که با وجود بسته بودن رستوران باید تسویه شوند استفاده خواهد شد. همیشه قدردان همراهی ارزشمند شما خواهیم بود
