'less' - Short Film - Fight Against Depression

THE WHAT -
Our main goal is to make this film - whether we have it funded, or not. I feel that this short story; this moment in a person's life, needs to be shared with people so that they can - almost - gain a different perspective of how depression can affect someone.

This experimental film shows a young man, who's been cornered into a dark place, physically and mentally. His past is heavy with guild and shame. He comes face to face with depression. He must choose between giving in to the weight, or fighting.

THE WHY - 
This, unfortunately, is what many people face in their day to day lives. For some, the guilt is heavier than we could even portray. My desire is to make sure that they have a chance - I want to make sure that they know, they're not alone.

THE WHAT WE NEED -
We're raising money for production and distribution. So that entails the Actors, Camera & Equipment, Location rental, Food for the crew and Film Festival fees. Sure, we can probably find some actors that can do it for free - but I know that time is valuable, and I want to honor the hard work they put into it. 

We don't want to make just another cheesy movie - we want this to be real, raw and moving. We already have the cast lined up and on board - we're in need of the funds to actually film this thing and take it to the big screen! Will you help - no, will you join us?
