Hello My name is Rosey and this is my son Leo. He’s a big but sweet 5-year-old boy who loves to go outside. However after his recent adventure, he came back home with an infected bite wound on his left arm.
Last night I took him to the ER to get treated and through his assesment they found a large mass in his chest and signs pointing to lymphoma. Luckily, I am able to cover the costs for his immediate treatment of his leg; however, further testing alone is estimated to be around $8000 not including treatment after diagnosis.
This is only the first step of probably a long and costly journey ahead, but I am taking it one step at a time, and as his mother, his health comes first. However, this is a great big ask for a 22 year old working college student coming from a low income family and any help, big or small, even just sharing would mean so much to me to help Leo get treated.

Update: Leo is home but got some scary news from the hospital. He is going to need daily visits to the vet but were hoping for a full recovery of his arm :(
