LEGACY - Derek Brady and the Taiwan Celts
Donation protected
Hi, we're the Taiwan Celts Gaelic Football Club.
In 1995, Derek Brady was one of the founding members of our club, which was the first Gaelic Football club in Asia. At 22 years old, he was tragically killed in a road traffic incident in Taipei. We're making a documentary detailing the legacy of Derek's life, and how since his passing, the sport and community has grown across the region. It’s an uplifting and emotional tribute to a remarkable young man, who lived his life to the fullest and left a lasting imprint on us all.
But we need your help!
In order to tell the story, we will travel to Ireland where we will interview Derek's family and friends. We will also shoot footage at the upcoming Asian Gaelic Games in Kuala Lumpur. Any support you can give us to make this film will be greatly appreciated, however big or small.
The movie will launch in March 2024, on what would have been Derek's 50th birthday.
