Lashumba Lavor Robinson is a 35 year old who has an wonderful personality and contagious zest for life. He currently resides and receives medical treatment in Lancaster, TX. To date, Lavor has been diagnosed with cancer 6 different times within the last year and a half (rectum, colon, and brain cancer to be exact) and has had 6 major surgeries (removal of 4 tumors, amongst other surgeries). Most recently, he has grown 4 additional tumors.

He was most recently diagnosed in June of 2015 and has been given less than a 10 percent chance of survival. After completing both chemotherapy and radiation, he is not currently undergoing any treatment but "IS" currently trusting God after there were NO MORE OPTIONS.
This is a very crucial and emotional time in Lavor's familiy's life. We are asking that his supporters PRAY, AGREE and BELIEVE with us as we await and prepare for the next plan of action and phase of life.

Please feel free to follow the details of Lavor's complete journey on his Facebook page as his family continues to post daily updates.

OUR MISSION:
As Lavor's slogan says, "BEAT CANCER LIKE A DRUM" and friends of Lavor's mother and family, we have joined together and started this fund with hopes to help alleviate the financial strain and stress that they are currently experiencing. Rosetta is a single parent that makes the ultimate sacrifice daily for her ill son. She is unable to work because she has to take care of Lavor on a fulltime basis, which means they are left without medical coverage.
This family has very limited financial resources and it has not been easy for them. Their financial needs include but are not limited to medical expenses, rent, light bill, phone bill, food, auto gas, auto maintenance, personal needs, any future expenses, etc. We have come together to help because we understand from a family's perspective, all that is involved in the day-to-day activities when caring for another family member. We also realize that when caring for someone diagnosed with cancer, there are unique expenses involved.

Please join us in our quest to help limit the financial stress that this family has acquired by making their time somewhat easier. We would greatly appreciate any amount that you would be willing to donate.
Stay blessed and most of all, keep Lavor covered as he continues his fight to BEAT CANCER LIKE A DRUM!
