Elderly Flood Victims Need Help
Donation protected

On Saturday, August 13th Lloyd and Beverly Laudermill lost their home of 40 years in the Louisiana Flooding that has devastated most of East Baton Rouge.
Retired and living on a modest, fixed income, Lloyd and Beverly had to make the decision to discontinue flood coverage some years ago as a result of massive increases in flood insurance premiums following Hurricane Katrina.
After last night's catastrophe, Lloyd and Beverly have been left with what little they could carry in the rush to evacuate. The home that once echoed with years of memories now sits completely submerged under water. We can't undo the damage, but together we can help them rebuild their life and home in the face of such utter devastation.
Although their spirits remain strong, we as friends and family are asking for your help. With your kind donation we can help them repair what was lost. Every donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated. All donations will go to repairing and rebuilding their home and replacing critical items that were lost. All money raised will go directly to Lloyd and Beverly Laudermill.
Please help us spread the word!

I have been blessed to become a part of the Laudermill family when my father Tim Parker married one of Lloyd's daughers, Connie Parker. In watching the horrible news from Georgia and waiting to hear if they made it out safely, I felt compelled to find a way to help, as they have taught me that you do anything within your power to help your family. This is my way of repaying them for all that they have given and taught me.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
