Last chance to Save Angela's life

Hello, my name is Amanda, My best friend Angela Hare (Ward) is 44 years old and in dier need of help. She has been told that she is SLOWLY STARVING TO DEATH! Her body isn't absorbing nutrients. Her doctor wants to give her one last chance and is sending her to the Mayo Clinic in hopes they can help her.

Angela is a mother of 3 and grandmother of 2 and would love to see them grow up, and be there for them as her parents are for her. She has been my best friend for 6 years and has helped me out thru so many hard things that I have gone thru.

Angela and her parents James (Jim)Ward & Janet Ward are on a fixed income and they are in need of help with the medical bills and all the expenses of getting and staying down there for 2-3 weeks.

Angela was placed with a feeding tube in 2017, but they had to remove it last year because it was no longer working. It was just causing her more pain.

Things took a turn for the worst around Christmas 2022, and her body has started to reject all food she tries to eat. She is only able to take bites of crackers and bread. Everything she tries to eat causes severe stomach pain and diarrhea, which is causing her to lose weight quickly. She is losing around 1 lb every couple of days. Angela is 5"8 and now down to 99 lbs. She dont have long to live this way. She has been to several other major hospitals, including Duke, UVA, but they have all said there is nothing else they can do for her. So, going to the Mayo Clinic is her last chance.

Angela has struggled since she was 16 with multiple health issues, on top of these conditions to deal with. These are only her stomach problems :Gastroparesis, Esophageal motility disorder, Esophageal Dysplasia, Esophageal Reflux Disorder, Esophagitis: Hyper motility Syndrome and IBS. All of these affect her eating ,rejecting, and for some reason not absorbing any nutrition from any food that she tries to eat.

She has really gone downhill. I dont know how much more she can lose before her organs give out. She has been in a special hospital bed since 2017 , so she dont bruise, get bed soars, or aspirate 

Please help me get Angela to the Mayo Clinic to give her the opportunity to live a longer less painful life. She has a small family and she loves them very much and cant imagine leaving any of them or her friends! Her family and I need her!
