Get Laetitia's Family There

Donation protected
Laetitia McMahon was born on the 29th of February 1996, she was a leap year baby.  In November 2013 Laetitia graduated year 12 at Hedland Senior High School, but unfortunately she was also diagnosed with Acute Lymphobolastic Leukemia.  Laetitia spent 9 months in Perth undergoing treatment for this disease after which she went into remission.  Laetitia then moved back to Darwin to be with her Mother, Serena Edgar, and siblings, Brodie, Dequarn and Asharnie.  In early June this year Laetita relapsed and her and her mother flew to Adelaide for Laeitita to have a stem cell transplant on the 23rd of July.  The double stem cell transplant was a success and we all thought Laetitia was on her way to a full recovering,  but it was not to be.  After 4 months in hospital recovering from the transplant Latitia was admitted to the ICU unit of Royal Adelaide Hospital with a severe lung infection and pneumonia.  Laetitia fought to the very end but on the 8th of September her organs began to shut down and the machines assisting her were turned off.  This is when Laetitia lost her battle.  Laetitia' grand mother (Faye), sister (Asharnie) and brother (Dequarn) still remain in Darwin as the family lack funds for flights from Darwin to Adelaide return to be by the side of Laetitia' mother and attend her service.  Please help us to rais the funds to get Laetitia' grand mother and siblings to Adelaide to say thier good byes. If there were to be any excess funds these will be put towards a beautiful urn for Laetitia' ashes and also her Service and Wake.
