This year, together with my three wonderful sisters, I am jogging the Ladies Mini Marathon in aid of the Irish Society for Colitis & Crohn's Disease. The Society, which is run by volunteers, offers much needed support to an estimated 20,000 people in Ireland who suffer from either condition.
