Expenses for Jefferson Institute

I have suffered from migraine headaches since the fourth grade. My first one I can remember like the back of my hand, I had no idea what was wrong with me... In thought I was going to die. Over the years I have had them come and go. Some a few hours, some a few days at the worst. But just here after Thanksgiving of 2016, I got a migraine that I could not get rid of. Since then I've spent two four day visits in the hospital for steroid and DHE treatments, over ten to fifteen visits to the ER for relief, had a Botox treatment, had MRI which came back clear.  I still cannot keep food down, so I had an endoscopy done to rule out any stomach issues. Visited a Riverside neurologist, who then referred me to a VCU neurologist. From there I have seen a neurologist at UNC Chapel Hill. All to no avail. The headache remains. VCU is referring me to the Jefferson headache institute in Philadelphia, PA. While I have accumulated over thousands of dollars in ER visits alone inspire of having medical insurance, this institute requires me to front $500 for a Psychological exam done by a private practice before the specialist will even collect my co-pay and see me.  I am just asking for help to front the initial costs to see this specialist, and help pay for some of my accumulated medical bills from hospital stays and travel expenses. Any dollar amount helps, and I thank you in advance as I really do not like to ask for assistance. But I am praying that this place has some answers for me. I'm tired of hurting, I'm really tired of waking up everyday like this...
