La Foofaraw is a small urban boutique specializing in home and gift items in historic downtown Plano. In addition, we offer interior and floral design services. We have been privileged to serve as high design for home and life in our area for the past ten years! We have experienced joy and laughter through your life celebrations and have shared your design transformations throughout those years. You have been a vital part of our success and our story and we consider you family, but now we are asking for your help and love!
As with many small businesses, we closed our doors during this Coronavirus outbreak as was directed by our government officials. Due to this, we find ourselves in an unprecedented situation. After being in business ten years, we do not know if we can continue due to financial constraints. Although we have continued to pay our employees as directed under the the federal guidelines even when could not pay the owners, we were not fortunate enough to get funding through the Payment Protection Program for small businesses. This funding would have allowed us the ability to continue our payroll which would have helped us financially support our employees.
We love our employees and our customers and would value the opportunity to continue serving our community in the days ahead, but we need your help. If you would like to help your friends at La Foofaraw stay open and help us keep our employees, we would greatly appreciate it! No amount is too big or too small! If you cannot help us at this time, we totally understand, but would covet your prayers.
