Over 200 Students. 18-Year-Old Uniforms. It’s Time.

The Lake Weir High School Music Department is home to over 200 talented and hardworking students across Marching Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Guitar, and Choir. Our students represent the heart of our school spirit, performing at games, concerts, competitions, and community events all year long.

But behind the scenes, our uniforms are telling a different story — one of wear, age, and duct-tape repairs. Most of our uniforms haven’t been replaced in 18 years.

Why We Need Your Help:

18+ years of constant use has left our uniforms faded, torn, and outdated

Repairs can only go so far — many pieces are beyond saving

We rely on uniforms for every performance: marching band, concert attire, jazz ensembles, and choir.

With over 200 students, replacing these uniforms is a huge expense we can’t cover alone

This will also help our students get to Nashville, in 2026 to March in the St.Patricks Day Parade. They will have an amazing experience and an opportunity to look good performing.
