Las Vegas Artists, DJs & more COVID-19 Relief Fund

During the past month the music industry has been hit in a way it has never seen before. Event cancelations, to venue shutdowns, to complete uncertainty on a global level due to the COVID-19 virus.  A lot of Recording Artists, DJs, and Talent Representatives have been affected by this economic shift, and currently for some of us there isn't a solid fund being offered by the government just yet to help us survive during this tough time. Some of us in the Las Vegas area have been affected the most due to the complete shutdown of the Las Vegas strip and all the resort casinos throughout the city.   

I've been in the music industry for 25 years as a DJ and Talent Representative, so this sector of the music industry is dear to my heart.  I've chosen to focus on this category because I'm on the front lines and have seen the damage done recently to me and my counterparts. So I know I'm not the only one affected in the music industry right now that needs help, and that's why I decided to team up with some of my friends based in Las Vegas that are also in the music industry, to help gain support for us, and others that are based in the Las Vegas market that fall into this category.   

The purpose of this fund is to provide support for us, and those close to us within our Las Vegas music industry community, and let that support carry over to other approved music industry professionals based in Las Vegas. To the extended family we would like to provide a one-time payment to help them with some of their bills, due to lost gigs, with hopes of easing some of the pain, and bringing some light to them during a dark time.  The amount of donations we receive will determine how much each approved music industry professional will receive. 

We would like to distribute to each approved music industry professional up to $1000 maximum as soon as we reach our goal, and continue those additional distributions as long as donations keep coming in, and as long as the music industry is affected during this tough time. Approved music industry professionals will received their funds via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal - and we ask all those who receive funds to acknowledge receiving those funds. A quick shoutout/mention on social media to help with the legitimacy of this campaign, and to also show love in spreading the word that support for Las Vegas music industry professionals is out there, and that  we want to continue the fight in helping each other during these tough times.

This fund is currently for Recording Artists, DJs, and Talent Representatives(who represent Recording Artists and DJs), that are currently based in the Las Vegas area(Clark County). We will be fighting to support other music industry professionals that work in other parts of the music industry, and living in other parts of the state as well if we exceed our goal.
