Hello, my name is Ashley Jean and I am from Miami, Florida. I am a senior at iPrep Academy and I have been accepted to LIU's (Long Island University) Global Program! This program is unique because students visit different countries every year, majoring in Global Studies. Some students may choose to minor in entrepreneurship, religion, and international relations. I developed a passion for traveling ever since I took a trip to Nicaragua and Cuba last year. While abroad I learned about Arts and Social Change. I also used Go Fund Me for that trip as well and I raised a significant amount of funds. I was successful in that campaign and I hope this campaign can be successful as well. I don't want money to be the reason why I cannot go to an amazing university that features an international program. My goal is $1,500 and this would cover my visa fees, my flight, and my supplies for school. Hope you would like to donate and help me pay for a portion of my college expenses.
