Supporting Chealsey in Memory of Kyriesha "Ky" Siwak-Ward

Hi, my name is Chaydin Hodnefield, and I’ve created this GoFundMe on behalf of my friend, Chealsey Bouchard, the loving mother of Kyriesha “Ky” Siwak Ward.

In the early hours of March 25, 2025, Chealsey experienced an unimaginable loss — her beautiful daughter Kyriesha passed away peacefully in her sleep. Ky was the heart of Chealsey's world. Born with a brain injury that led to a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, Ky faced many challenges in her life. Chealsey met those challenges head-on, dedicating her life to Ky's care with unwavering love, strength, and advocacy.

As Chealsey and her eldest daughter Amber begin to navigate this heartbreaking new reality, this fundraiser has been created to help ease the financial burden of any expenses and allow Chealsey the space to grieve without the added stress of immediate financial pressures.
