Kwanzaa Celebration 2023: Keeping Our Legacy Alive
Donation protected
Dear Tribe,
I hope this invitation finds you in good health and high spirits.
As you know, I have been hosting an annual Kwanzaa Celebration for the past five years to honor our culture, bring our community together, and celebrate the principles of Kwanzaa. I am writing to you today because I believe in the power of our connections and the importance of supporting each other’s endeavors.
This year, our Kwanzaa Celebration has grown significantly, thanks to the incredible support from friends like you. As we continue to expand and promote this cherished tradition, I request your help through a donation.
Whether you are a business, family, or individual, your contribution will help ensure the success and continuity of our Kwanzaa Celebration.
The upcoming Kwanzaa Celebration is scheduled for Friday, December 29, 2023, at 6:00 pm and will take place at the PALOS PARK RECREATION CENTER, located at 8901 West 12rd Street, Palos Park, Illinois. This event has become a vital part of our community, allowing us to come together, reflect on our heritage, and strengthen our bonds.
Your donation will go towards various aspects of the event, such as venue rental, decorations, cultural performances, guest speakers, and refreshments. No contribution is too small; every bit helps us create a memorable and inclusive experience for all attendees.
Here are a few ways you can contribute:
Monetary Donation: Your financial support will help cover the costs of organizing the Kwanzaa Celebration. You can donate any amount that feels comfortable for you.
In-Kind Donation: If you have goods or services that could be useful for the event, such as catering, sound equipment, or printing services, we would greatly appreciate your in-kind contribution.
Volunteer Assistance: If you cannot make a monetary or in-kind donation, we would still be grateful for your help on the day of the Celebration. Your presence and support are invaluable to us.
In recognition of your generosity, we will acknowledge your contribution during the event and on our social media platforms unless you prefer to remain anonymous.
If you are interested in donating or have any questions about the event, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. I am happy to provide additional information or discuss alternative ways you can contribute.
Thank you in advance for considering my request. Your support means the world to me and will contribute to the success of our Kwanzaa Celebration.
Together, we can continue celebrating our culture, promoting unity, and creating lasting memories for our community.
Ase/Ashe/Amen/Thank You!
