Kruger's Cancer Surgery-Treatment

They call me "Kruger". It's from all the years that I played sports through High School and College. Besides, it's less common than my first name. Few people ever forget me after I tell them my name is Kruger. But then, few people forget me when they meet me. I'm kinda unique both in spirit and physical appearance. My beard always gets a lot of comments.
A bit of a nomad, I never thought I would be on a public site telling a private story but here I am and there you are reading it. In September 2015, I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. You can imagine when you hear the words, that it makes you sit down a moment and pause. I'm not yet 40 and I have cancer, an aggresive form of cancer at that!
Uninsured and self employed, what I had in the bank was easily spent on diagnostic tests, doctor appointments and medications. WOW! Talk about a low spot. But, moving forward, I have been able to qualify for Dallas County Medical services which involve small co-payments and gave me some relief from the worry of whether I would get the services I need in time.
Pushing on, one surgery down; radiation and chemo start this week, still 2 more surgeries and more radiation and chemo--it means 6-12 months of treatment. I've been told I can't work.
I need to raise funds to assist with my therapies, surgeries and prescriptions. I also have a minimal living expense for phone, food and rent. I don't like asking but I must admit that I "need a little help from my friends."
Will you join me in this campaign to raise my first 4 months of living expenses and treatments for my colorectal cancer? I don't know how someone expresses gratitude to those that help.
Absolutely any help that you can give is unbeliveable and greatly appreciated. Thank everyone for taking the time to share in my journey and story.
