I'm Kristi and am asking for help. I went to the doctor in February 2020 for an ongoing backache and was immediately admitted to the ER. I came out 3 days later with a diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer (primary peritoneal carcinomatosis, stage 3). I have had 3 surgeries and 8 chemo treatments of combination taxol and carboplatinum. My family has rallied around me to help with this battle including my daughter and her wife who come down every three weeks to help. We could use your help with the financial burden this battle has brought. Chemo medication is radically expensive and even with 20% copay we are struggling to keep up. The treatments are extremely hard on my body and have found I need more work on my teeth/plate due to bone reduction. Any amount helps. It has taken bravery on my part to ask, and humility, I do not like to ask/need help I really value my ability to thrive in adversity but know I need my community.
