Help Single Mom Krissy Fight Breast Cancer

Krissy, loving and devoted young single mom of Bella, is fighting for her life.

Krissy is a ray of sunshine to those around her. She loves life and keeps us all laughing. She finds joy in the smallest things and her contagious smile is an inspiration.

An avid Christian writer with a lifelong love for the stage, her writing has been compared to Maya Angelou and brought hope to lonely souls. We know God can still use her; imagine all the people she could touch in the future with her God-inspired writing.

Perhaps you took a drama class with Krissy or performed along side her in one of the plays she's acted in. Or maybe you were her co-worker at Cody's Original Roadhouse. Krissy's warm smile and kind spirit lit up the restaurant, bringing joy not only to Cody's customers but to every member of their team. ❤️

This past fall, Krissy started experiencing excruciating back pain which quickly escalated to such an extreme that she could no longer stand or walk alone. She was taken to the emergency room, where she was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer so advanced that imaging tests indicated it had already spread throughout her entire body (bones, spine, reproductive organs, and brain). Due to the spreading and extensive damage to her spine, the E.R. oncologist determined that her cancer was untreatable by any conventional methods such as chemotherapy/radiation and sent her home with Hospice.

Krissy is understandably distraught at the mere thought of leaving her daughter at such a young age. The idea of not being here to raise her, not being able to advocate for her (Bella has scoliosis), not being able to watch her grow into a woman and not being around to love and support her throughout her life is devastating for both of them. Krissy is such a loving supportive mother to Bella and they are extremely close. We cannot lose her.

Although it may seem an impossible situation, Krissy is a woman of faith who refuses to accept that nothing more can be done for her because nothing is impossible for God!

Friends with cancer had successful outcomes with integrative treatment; Krissy is pursuing similar alternative methods of healing.

Unable to work since becoming bedridden, her unpaid medical leave has ended and she desperately needs our support. Your contribution will go direcrly towards the cost of frequent integrative treatments & high-quality supplements, high insurance costs & hospital bills and essential living expenses.
