We would first like to thank you in advance for taking the time to read this letter and consider the needs of our team.

The Kona Marlins Youth Sports Association truly represents the diverse cultural backgrounds that make up this town and surrounding communities. As an organization that strives to provide youth with an opportunity to learn, have fun, and experience the importance of teamwork, we are gratified when local

businesses and individuals show their support and love for our youth.

The Kona Marlins Youth Sports Association is open to kids from school districts extending from Kailua Kona all the way to Kau for kids ages 6 to 14 years old. The medium we chose to create this environment of competitive sports is youth football and cheer.

The year 2023 has blessed our association with a Jr. Pee Wee Cheer team that placed 1st place in the Pop Warner Regional Cheer Competition that took place on October 21, 2023. Our Jr Pee Wee Cheer girls are now eligible to cheer in the Pop Warner National Cheer Competition in Orlando, Florida on December 2, 2023. Our team consists of 10 cheerleaders and 7 staff that need to raise $3,500 each to cover their airfare transportation, lodging, and meals at the National Cheer Competition.

We come to you in the hope of enlisting your support to help our cheer girls with their travel expenses through a sponsorship or donation. Sponsorships and or donations are not limited to any amount, all support is appreciated. Furthermore, Kona Marlins is a non-profit organization where your donations will be tax-deductible.
