Help Kobe with an elite US College tour, a Basketball Dream.

Hi, Ian & Leesa here,

Our grandson Kobe, who we are all so proud of lives in Victoria Australia.

Kobe has been invited by AUSA Hoops, a basketball association in Australia, to tour the US with an opportunity to play in front of college basketball coaches in elite tournaments in the AAU Boys Basketball World Championships.

It may result in a basketball scholarship for Kobe at a US college.

Kobe is a mature 14 years of age, 194cm tall (6”6” and yes 14 years old) with size 14 feet, and an academic marvel to boot, he is studying year 11 subjects at school, whilst actually only in year 9 and is killing it.

His basketball abilities are above excellent and admired by all. Other coaches keep trying to poach him, hence the invite to tour the US.

Kobe has worked so hard for this exact opportunity, and it may shape his future in basketball.

Kobe is a pure gentleman with manners, and a non-stop fighting spirit.

Whilst we would love to send him off ourselves, circumstances do not put us in a position to pay for this super important trip and opportunity for Kobe.

So, we are looking for support to reach at least some of the target amount, to have him on the tour and show US coaches his capabilities.
