I’m writing on behalf of my dear friend Alli Penn and Jay their beloved dog, Kiwi. Kiwi is more than just a pet..she’s family. Kiwi is a playful wild jumper bean who loves belly rubs, kayaking with mom, and relaxing with dad after a hard day at work. Sadly, Kiwi now faces a serious medical crisis.

Kiwi urgently needs specialized ear surgery to prevent daily pain and life-altering complications. She needs a Total Ear Canal Ablation combined with Lateral Bulla Osteotomy surgery. Kiwi has had 4 polyps removed 3 months ago.

Without this surgery, her condition will only continue to worsen and affect her quality of life. After checking with veterinary specialists across Northern California, the cost of this critical surgery is $10,000.

All traditional financing options, including CareCredit, have been exhausted because of past vet visits in hopes to cure this. This leaves Alli and Jay in a heartbreaking position: knowing what Kiwi needs, but unable to afford it alone.
