Unforseen medical issues

This gfm was originally for gender surgery, but as of 2 weeks ago I have had some urgent medical issues come up and have not been able to work. Sunday, 11/22, I went to the walk-in clinic to have a lump on the left side of my neck/collarbone looked at. The doctor classified this as Supraclavicular Lymphadenopathy, which is merely a symptom of a larger issue taking place inside my body. I have followed up with primary care, who were not able to determine the underlying issue yet and have requested a CT scan take place. I am currently waiting on being scheduled for the scan, which may take a while. 

During this time, I am not able to work due to physical limitations. I'm currently experiencing severe fatigue, making it hard to even walk across the house. Shortness of breath (or feeling like I cannot catch my breath constantly, especially while talking), Lightheadedness and dizziness, and constant pain in my shoulders, chest, back, and abdomen.

Since I cannot talk for more than a sentence or two without having to stop and catch my breath or become lightheaded, I cannot work because my job requires that I am constantly on the phones answering calls and talking to people. After any amount of activity I feel absolutely drained. 

My insurance can only cover so much right now, and since I cannot work I do not have any income at the moment. Until I have a diagnosis and start some sort of treatment, I am at a complete standstill. Any amount donated would be greatly appreciated as I am struggling with everything right now.
