Frank Edward (Eddie) Kinsman Jr. , 54, loving and generous husband, father, stepfather, son, brother, uncle and respected builder, longtime resident of Scarborough passed away peacefully on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016.
My friends, Kim and Ed, believed in their wedding vows and fought for years to keep their family together depsite serious financial stress and health issues. Eddie loved his family, and worked hard to provide for them. Those who knew Eddie will remember his pleasant nature and sideways smirk. He was a quiet man, but always enjoyed being in a crowd of friends. Quiet and private, few knew of the very real struggles he battled everyday. Kim stood by his side, walking every step with him, doing her best to provide for her family when he couldn't.
He is now at peace, but his family needs to find a way to rebuild. Kim and Ed were a team, and now she must do it on her own. He had no life insurance, and with their son finishing his first year at Maine Maritime, Kim needs our help. For the recent past, they did not have a permanent home, and in addition to paying for her son's tuition, she must also find a place to live. Any money we raise will give her an opportunity to get back on her feet.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for any help you can give! Much like her husband, Kim will smile and do what she needs to do. A smile does not mean everything is OK, sometimes it's just a way of getting through life the best way you can.
